Our Office Policies and Standards:


If you experience a dental emergency during office hours, please contact us immediately and we will accommodate you that same day. In case of an emergency after hours, please call our office to be connected with our answering service. They will page our dentists and someone will get back to you as soon as possible to ensure your concern is addressed and treated.

Service Area

We serve patients all over the Los Angeles area, including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Thousand Oaks, and other cities. But whether or not you live in California, we welcome all patients who walk through our doors.

Referrals to Specialists

We have great relationships and work with excellent Endodontists, Oral surgeons, Orthodontists, and Periodontists.  If needed, we will be happy to set up an appointment for you and we will communicate with the specialist’s office throughout your treatment with them, so that x-rays, information, and reports are shared between the specialist and our doctors.


We realize that financing the smile you were meant to have can be a concern. We also know that having that smile is priceless. Our office will work with you and your insurance company to make your dream a reality.

Insurance companies are not always easy or pleasant to deal with. Here at Beverly Hills Dentistry we strive to make this aspect a “hassle free” experience for our patients. We have an on-site billing specialist who will make every effort to handle, process, and follow up on your claim to make sure they get paid. This specialist is available daily to answer any questions you have regarding your dental insurance or claims. Every insurance plan is different and may pay differently so, at your request, we can pre-authorize any needed treatment to get an accurate estimate. Please note that the insurance companies may take up to four weeks to provide us with an answer.

We realize having dental insurance is a benefit to you and it is therefore important to use your benefits fully. As a service to you, we will keep track of your benefit usage, and help you get the maximum value of your policy. Please remember that any unused benefits are lost at the end of the year.

We accept and can bill all PPO plans. We are only in network with Delta Dental PPO.


Payment is expected in full on the day of service. We make every attempt to work with our patients and have a number of options available. We feel strongly that each patient should receive the best recommended course of treatment. We do not want insurance companies or the lack of insurance dictating your treatment. For any patient that may need financial assistance, we will be happy to discuss different financing options for you on an individual basis. Please call our office or request to speak to our financial coordinator at your next appointment.

For insurance patients, payment is expected the day of service. As a courtesy to you, we bill your insurance company and provide them the necessary documentation. Insurance companies average four to six weeks to pay on claims. Patients will receive their explanation of benefits prior to us receiving payment from the insurance company. Once we receive payments, if a reimbursement is due, a refund check will be promptly mailed to you.
